Since implementing an anonymous customer feedback program we have received over 6,800 responses from people wanting to tell us about our service. We are proud to say that to date we have a 95% customer satisfaction level. Through this program we have been able to implement many changes in our customer experience journey and have had a few humorous remarks included for good measure. Many customers have commented on our friendly staff, something we pride ourselves on.
