His biggest challenge was meeting a number of demands and deadlines, where he had to work through the night to ensure they were met and that the clients were happy. These are the sacrifices that successful business owners make.
There have also been many joyful moments along the way. Shiven comments, “Seeing the satisfaction of a customer’s face when they eat my product is wonderful.”
