Ryan set off to create his company which has worked on numerous projects in the Durban area. Although he has done well, he says that the business is faced with fresh challenges every day. “Change is never easy and to overcome challenges you have to take each day as it comes. When the going gets tough, you just keep on going,” Ryan says.
He has been fortunate enough to receive business advice from mentors who are peers in the building industry and who have shared their experiences both good and bad.
