Stor-Age Directors Attend Self Storage Conference in Portugal

Vilamoura, Portugal was the venue for the 2011 Self Storage Conference and a number of Stor-Age Directors were able to attend. The conference showcases various operators in the self storage industry, including exhibitors from many self storage related industries. Among the exhibitors were companies which specialise in self storage operating software, security and access control systems, retail packaging and self storage construction companies, displaying various methods and technologies for new or refurbish builds.

There were a host of guest speakers from across the globe to impart valuable information on the development and progress of self storage, especially in regard to marketing with the relatively new social media boom. Guest speakers included financial, marketing, insurance and property experts.
