Four Fun Tricks On Google

Google is by far the most popular search engine on the internet and the fact that people use the term “Google” when referring to an internet search is testament to how successful they are. However we don’t just love that Google can search, we’ve found some handy fun tricks that Google can do just to keep you entertained. Take a look at our four favourites below:

1. Do A Barrel Roll
Type “Do a barrel roll” into google and watch as the browser spins in the perfect barrel roll for you! This neat trick created a bit of a twitter storm and social media was ablaze with it at the time of its release.

2. Askew
If you type askew into the search bar, your entire search results page will be set skew and look horribly out of place. This function stays active until you close the browser window so it could be the perfect prank to pull on that OCD co-worker that simply loves order.

3. Zerg Rush
If you are looking for some time to kill then this may be the perfect thing for you. Search zerg Rush on google and watch as mini google O’s attack your search results eating the slowly. Fight them off by clicking on them and see if you can set a new high score!

4. T-Rex Jump
Is the internet down at the office? Are you feeling like there is no hope and nothing for you to do? When you see the sad T-Rex that tells you there is no internet connection when using Google Chrome as your browser try this fun trick. Press the up button on your keyboard and help him by making him jump over cacti on your way to setting your best possible score.
