Stor-Age Receives 100% Customer Satisfaction

Every customer at Stor-Age is asked to complete an anonymous survey after they have moved into our stores. We want to know what the customer experience is like and what we can do to improve. Each month our results are tracked and we make small changes to how we operate in the hopes that one day we can have every customer satisfied. Not long ago we achieved 95% customer satisfaction, something we are very proud of. In January this year we are delighted to say we achieved a 100% satisfaction result from our surveys. Don't worry, we won't be resting on our laurels as there is still plenty of room for us to grow and improve our service. Here are some comments that some of our customers made.
