Protest Action Update

With regards to the ongoing protest action currently taking place in and around Durban, we are closely monitoring the situation and the potential impact to our stores. All our Durban stores are closed until further notice. Please do not attempt to access your self storage unit until it is safe to do so. We have communicated with all impacted customers. Please bear with us as we deal with this unprecedented situation.

Is Stor-Age Waterfall store burning down?

The store has been impacted by the protest action and isolated fires have been responded to.

 

What are you doing to protect my goods?

The situation is unprecedented and we are doing everything we possibly can. We are working with both private and public law enforcement to regain control of the area.

 

Are my goods insured?

We are actively engaging with our insurance providers and will communicate with all affected tenants as the process unfolds.
