Before And After - See How Self Storage Is Made

Erecting a world class facility in the heart of the Cape Town CBD is no mean feat. When you consider that there are four storeys consisting of 600 units, with the option to expand this to 750 units and the fact that all of this was achieved in less 9 months! To start we demolished the old car dealership and then started 'from the ground up!'

This facility was built in conjunction with Faircape Construction and designed by MLB architects. It has great visibility from the M3 highway and has changed the way the public view self storage in Cape Town. Want to see more photos?
